Meet The Owner

Hey y’all my name is Cassidy and this is my husband Cody and our beautiful daughter Hadley. We're the owners of The Neon Pony. We are located in a very small town in east Texas, where there is nothing but cows and chickens for as far as the eye can see. I’m a mother, ranch wife, and lover of all things western. Combining the three together I want to give my customers the most unique items for the best price. Thank you for supporting my small business. I hope you find something you can’t live without! -CH

Shipping/Pickup

Shipping:

All items ordered during normal business hours will ship within 5-6 business days. Items shipped during holidays or weekends should be given an additional 48hr for processing.

Store Pickup:

Items ordered that are ready for pick up should be picked up within a 7-day period. Items should only be picked up if the items are paid in full. NO partial payments accepted. 

Returns/Damaged goods

Items that are in need of return have to be approved by the manager. Items must be undamaged. Items will be refundable for store credit or on to there preferred payment method. Items may be swapped for additional items valued at the same price. If an item is a sale item they will NOT be eligible for return. If an item is damaged upon arrival to you please take a photograph and report it to us. This item will be eligible for a full refund.
